Thank you all very much for your support.  I believe the student will be very excited with the results.  I am posting a summary of the results so that all those interested may see how it went.

There were responses from 590 different people! (47 states, 16 countries (outside of the United States). The missing states were Delaware, North Dakota, and Rhode Island.)
