Flashback Friday!!

I currently work with the 8-11 year old girls at church. We had such a great activity Wednesday. One of my girls was not able to be there, as she helped the Young Women (12-18 year old girls) with a project that will be used after her birthday in November. She was texting me the days following up to the activity because she didn't know if she should go or not. She LOVES coming to our activities, and is not looking forward to moving up. I am proud to report that she had a great time. The whole situation made me realize that I am doing a good job when they don't want to do anything else but come to my activities, and at the same time made me miss all the years of work that I have done with my Young Women from previous wards.

Getting to watch them grow, marry, have babies, and such makes me feel old, but helps me realize all the blessing that they have given to me. Here are a pictures from an activity that we had about 4 1/2 years ago.
