My kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Can you imagine the excitement when we received a sample of Chocolate Toast Crunch?  Overwhelming doesn't even begin to describe it!  They can't get enough!!

I myself, have been enjoying the new Fiber One Protein cereal. With 10 grams of protein in each serving (when 1/2 cup of skim milk is added), this starts my mornings out right.  I recently found out that the average adult, doesn't take in enough protein! It was evident, after upping my protein intake (mostly at breakfast time), when my energy level increased, that I fell into that category.
