Like any parent, bedtime is the time of day we all look forward to, yet all get frustrated about. Excuses such as being thirsty, to, "I forgot", plague every evening. And in this home, there is no exception! "I'm Not Tired Yet", is a cute story about a little boy who isn't ready for bed.
Author and Illustrator, Marianne Richmond, puts a delightful spin on an evening routine dreaded by a lot of parents. Little Ralphie comes up with just about every excuse in the book to delay having to go to bed. His mom however, turns these excuses into silly ways to say goodnight to him. From pinches and pokes, to hugs and kisses, she creates different ways to say goodnight as each of his favorite animals. Eventually Ralphie does go to sleep.
Enjoy the gorgeous pictures while you snuggle to read this imaginative book! Maybe your routine will change a bit, ours has! Ranging from $10.96 - $16.99, this adorable book can be found on Amazon and at Barnes & Noble!
